Comprehensive Cleaning and Inspection: Before each startup, thoroughly clean all components that contact coffee powder—including the hopper, feed screw, forming tube, and sealing molds—ensuring no residual coffee oils or powder remain to avoid cross-contamination and off-odors. Simultaneously, check for loose mechanical parts and verify proper connections of air pipes and electrical circuits.
Precise Parameter Setting: Accurately adjust sealing temperature, pressure, and time based on the packaging material (e.g., kraft paper, aluminum foil, composite materials) and thickness. Excessively high temperatures can cause burning or deformation, while insufficient temperatures lead to poor seals and leakage. Adjust filling speed and vibration amplitude according to the coffee grind size to prevent dusting or bridging, ensuring accurate weight measurement.

Close Monitoring of Operation Status: Operators should remain at their posts, continuously observing the smoothness of the feeding, bag-making, and sealing/cutting processes. Be alert to any abnormal equipment noises and smell for burning odors caused by overheating or electrical issues.
Maintaining Stable Environment and Materials: Coffee powder is highly susceptible to moisture absorption, clumping, and oil exudation. The production environment must be kept dry and clean.
